The traditional uPVC panel door is still one of the most cost-effective ways to replace a front or back door — and we supply and fit a full range of bevelled 28mm uPVC door panels in classic moulded designs, fitted into a made-to-measure door frame manufactured in our own Grimsby factory.

Each panel is built from two pressure-bonded uPVC skins over an insulating high-density foam core with internal reinforcement — weather-resistant, secure and wipe-clean, and available with a wide choice of decorative and obscure glass.

A straight panel swap can be done in a couple of hours; a full panel door with a new made-to-measure frame typically takes half a day.

Can you just replace the panel in my existing door? +

Often, yes — if the frame and locking hardware are in good condition we can supply or fit a replacement 28mm panel alone, which is the most economical repair. We'll advise honestly when we see it.

Do you offer a supply-only service? +

Yes. Made to Measure offer a supply-only service to the trade and DIY enthusiast alike. Because everything is manufactured in our own Grimsby factory we can offer excellent rates and a quick turnaround — and we stock the fitting materials you need to complete the job with the minimum of fuss.

Who does the installation? +

Our own team. Made to Measure Window Systems is a locally run company employing all local tradesmen, and we're FENSA registered — so your installation is certified and your paperwork is taken care of.
